The recruitment procedure typically includes the following steps:-

Screening 
We carry out thorough screening of all the candidates through telephonic interviews and online tests. This helps us to determine the candidates competency and ability to fulfill the clients expectation. Candidates who clear the preliminary interview are short listed for technical screening.

Evaluation
Most people who come to live and work in the US may be very well qualified but unfortunately, their education and their non-US degrees are not recognized by employers and immigration authorities unless they are certified as equivalent to a US regionally accredited degree by an evaluation agency.

If you are seeking employment in a regulated occupation requiring a H1 Visa, the professional association or agency needs to know whether or not your training meets their educational standards required to work in the US.

Once the  preliminary/technical screening is complete, candidates are require to submit their following documents for evaluation as per US standards:

Educational documents for each fully or partially completed educational program to be evaluated showing the courses or subjects studied, the grades earned, and the hours of study or number of credits for each course.

Candidates are also required to send the certificate awarded upon successful completion of the credential (may be called a diploma, degree certificate, certificate, or other name depending on the country of origin).

Candidates are also required to submit copies (we do not need originals) of employer letters stating your dates of employment and job requirements.

Filing of H1b
Once these mandatory steps are completed, H1B Visa petition is filed with the respective service center and candidate is notified.
